Trinity UMC

Reverend Tracy Hoskins is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, and has been under appointment in the Oklahoma Annual Conference since 2013. She has served churches in the Lake Country District, Green Country District, Wichitas District and has been in Purcell since November 2023. She graduated from Phillips Theological Seminary in 2017 with an M.Div. She is on the Board of Ordained Ministry.

Tracy is married to Scott Hoskins. They have three children; Grant Cottrell and wife Lisa, grandchildren Addison, Owen and Nathan, Tamara McKay and husband Andrew, grandchildren Lyric, Lizzie and Vincent, and Brittany Barten and husband Ron. 

Tracy calls Bixby Oklahoma home, but she has lived all over the US and world. Tracy has a degree in Drafting and Design from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Before she went into ministry full-time, Tracy spent 10 years in the US Air Force then teaching Technology Education for 8 years in Tulsa Public Schools.

Emma has been the Trinity UMC Youth Director since November 2022.  Emma grew up in this church and was an active youth participant when she was in school. She was later part time assistant youth director when she was a student at ECU and was active with the Wesley Foundation.  Emma's full-time job is as a Science teacher at Purcell High School, where she is very popular teacher!  Emma loves God, loves kids, and she loves church camp!  We are glad she is on board.

Dr. Zachary Daniels is a composer, conductor, and music professor at OkCU and OCCC. He writes music for ensembles, soloists, and media that is heard in local, national, and international venues. In addition to the above, Zach also directs the Oklahoma Community Orchestra and has worked with performers from around the world including Broadway singers, Grammy artists, and several local artists. He graduated from Drury University in 2014 with a BA in music and earned an MM and DMA from the University of Oklahoma in 2016 and 2019 respectively, both in composition.

Dr. Daniels currently sits on the Music Theory faculty at Oklahoma City University where he teaches Music Theory, writes about music, and presents at conferences. Zach enjoys travelling for his music in his various roles as a composer, guest conductor, and lecturer. A Missouri native, he moved to Oklahoma for graduate school, and currently resides in Oklahoma City with his wife Ashlie, and son Oliver.

Rhonda has been with us at TUMC for 8 years now.  She is the Financial Secretary in addition to just handling administrative tasks. Her normal hours are Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  She is very knowledgeable and always eager and willing to assist when ever asked or needed. If you ever have questions or need information, she is the one to contact!

Mike has been a part of this church since he was very young.  He has served as our pianist and choir accompanist for over 20 years.  Additionally in his role as a member of the Trustees, he is always around the church fixing something or helping in some way.  He is invaluable in all of his roles! Mike is an avid OU fan. Boomer Sooner!
