Dr. Zachary Daniels
Led by Dr. Daniels, our music ministry has taken off. We are praising God in music each Sunday. The choir leads us in worship each Sunday during the school year with special music during the Christmas and Easter seasons and sometimes in between.
Trinity UMC Choir
Each Sunday in the regular choir season, the choir leads the congregation in several hymns, sings special anthems, and leads congregational responses. The choir regularly sings at other events including outreach services at Sunset Estates, and other music events throughout the year. We also sing Easter and Christmas Cantatas, as well as other special service music including Christmas Eve Candlelight, Good Friday, and others. If you are interested in singing with us, we rehearse Wednesdays from 6-7 beginning in August in the Sanctuary. During the Summer, we meet every other week. Come Sing With Us, even if you don't know if you can commit! We can't wait to lift our voices with you.
Heartland Orchestra
Trunuty UMC Purcell proudly hosts the newly formed Heartland Orchestra and provides rehearsal space to the ensemble. Please contact the church office or email heartlandorchestra@gmail.com to seek more information about support, performing with the ensemble, or general inquiries.
Music Lessons
We provide music lessons for violin, viola, cello, bass and basic piano. Some other instruments will be added as the need arises. If you are interested in lessons, contact the church office, 405-527-2256
