Trinity UMC has chosen to lead the effort to provide a safe place for everyone to sleep, eat, shower and wash clothes. This vision has been broken up int 2 phases: 1. Warming Shelter for dangerously cold nights and Cooling Center for dangerously hot days and 2. a transitional shelter for people who are in need of a night's stay. We have implemented the Warming Shelter and will implement the Cooling Center as the need arises. We are looking for a location for the transitional shelter. When we have a location, we will begin to implement the transitional shelter.
